So like many other people I still live at home and my family doesn’t like the smell of incense, so when I want to cleanse the house and not just my room I make a spray to cleanse. (This is especially good for witches in the broom closet or for people with asthma.) I essentially brew a magical tea and put it in a spray bottle using the herbs that correspond with the properties I want, put it in my tea ball and brew a “tea”. I also state what I want it to do as I spray around my house.

Also check herb safety for pets they are very sensitive to some smells and herbs.

Excellent advice. My altar is located in a room with reptiles, which are totally smoke intolerant. I do minor rituals outside the room but my cats make it difficult to focus for any real work. An herbal spray is an excellent idea for my altar room. Thanks!
