Any advice on channeling through art?

Hello everyone! I’m new to this subreddit and I’m posting this in hopes to get some advice about this very specific thing, since I don’t really know where to ask.

Over 5 years ago I had an awakening while taking breathing sessions with an alternative therapist, who later became my Reiki master. Right after starting my sessions with her, I felt my intuition was getting sharper. Extremely vivid dreams, premonitions, even clairaudience. Back then I was having a hard time connecting again with my art, but the little I could do, was showing an increasing number of premonitions in my drawings. Images that come out of nowhere in my mind with such a strong intensity, like they’re asking me to draw them. Shortly after, I see the same images on TV/in daily events/someone tells me about that same thing I drew/etc.

Nowadays I’m taking my time and working on building my illustration career, and I want to develop this kind of channeling. There’s so much stuff about mediums on the internet and it’s hard to find reliable content about this specific thing.

Does any of you know any books/artist/author/medium in this field that I could look up?

I remember watching a documentary about a young girl that would paint her dreams – she talked a lot about the spiritual side of her paintings and was heavily influenced by such. I’m sorry I dont remember the name of her/the documentary but I’m sure you could find it with a bit of google searching if you’re interested in that!
