Any Genealogy Readers??

I been doing research on my physical family and have some information. But my great-grandfather on my mom’s side is hard to find anything about. This is my mom’s grandfather on her dad’s side. We have some names and possible locations. But nothing solid. Looking at his last name we could link him to certain branches of that last name but without having the evidence it’s just gossip. Which is why I am asking for any mediums who do genealogy type work or if anyone knows someone I could contact that does this type of work. Would be nice to get information that solves this mystery. Even if we could even find out where to find information about his parents like from his birth certificate. Which we don’t even know exact date or exact location.

Ok this is a challenging one but I will give it a shot. I did pick up a bit as I read this. He was alone a lot he worked away from family always moving too’ I see him in a sort of conductor type hat and wearing abit of worn out clothes not sure if he did mining or worked on railways something very important and physical – hard worker and smart!… I pick up the letter J and im not great at names but the only sounds that come to mind is J or G perhaps..now when I try to narrow this down I send its a short name one syllable perhaps Jim /jack/Jon ? Im sorry I can’t pick up exactly.
