Any good books to buy?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been getting into spirituality and thinking about going into witchcraft. I was raised in a Christian home and was taught that it was wrong but I still kind of want to explore it. I do believe there’s power in it and maybe some interesting experiences I can have with it.

Are there any books I can read that can encompass a lot of information? Not really looking to buy multiple books since I’m not making that much money right now… but any book that has A LOT of information to offer? Almost like an encyclopedia? Thanks!

It’s not strictly what you’re after but I think “Psychic Witch” by Mat Auryn is good because in my opinion, one should always start with energy work. It’s important to be in tune with energies before you start fully wielding them with witchcraft.

Very good book fit begginer, I’m reading it now.
And Psychic With is also a good book, but I’ve only started to read it

I really like Craft and Bewitching the Elements, both by Gabriela Herstick. I’d personally hold off on anything encyclopaedia-style until you’ve figured out what kind of practice works for you, what you do/don’t believe in, etc. There are some really good books like Encyclopaedia of Spirits, but I think it could lack substance if you’ve not explored basic ritual routine. If you want some short bits, I post instructional material on my IG (its linked on my profile). Not quite like having a book in hand, but I cover a lot of basics and post tutorials every now and then.

Well if you ain’t makin’ much money right now how about you seek out a money magic book! 😉

There are also lots of books on christian mysticism and christian folk magic which might be better suited for you.
