Any spells for someone who is house hunting?

I’m currently house hunting and have put a few offers in on some houses but never seem to have luck (usually the sellers will take another offer over mine).

Are there any spells out there that can help draw me to “the” house? (Aka my perfect fit)

Hi! I recently made a sugar jar for finding a new house using this [article ](https://www.johnhuntpublishing.com/blogs/moon-books/sugar-jar-spell-for-a-new-home) as a base! Instead of putting a picture of a house in the jar, I wrote down a list of everything I need from a new house and I got as specific as I could. I also added some sugar safe crystals that correspond with my intentions for some added power, and I charged the sugar jar under the new moon as well since the day that I created it just so happened to coincide with it. Every morning I’ve been doing what the author suggests, turning the spare house key in the sugar while visualising our ideal house and feeling what it would feel like to live in the new house. I use the sugar every morning in my tea or coffee, or if I’m not having a beverage I just take a pinch and eat it. It took three weeks of doing this daily and we just signed a lease for a house this weekend. I know it works because there’s a housing crisis in the country where I live and it’s extremely difficult to find a place to live at the moment, especially as we have a dog!

Take some dirt from the plot where your desired house is and plant a plant in a pot and nurture the plant. Once you have your house you can plant your plant in the ground on property. There’s more pizzazz you could probably add but that’s the bare bones.
