Anybody feel a connection with my guides?

Hi there. I’m a developing medium myself, but I still have a very hard time getting through to my one guides. Been kind of….down lately, and just felt like putting this up here in case anybody feels drawn to it, and can sense something from my spirit guides.

Using Tarot, my sister and I tried to answer your query. My sister got the answer that you can connect to your guide through love and got the message “don’t be afraid”. I am getting a similar answer talking about connecting with your emotions, the good and the bad. Your guide is encouraging you to allow yourself to dive deep and feel your emotions deeply freely. I also believe water therapy (baths, showers, swims) could be helpful because what keeps coming through is the need to emerge yourself in the experience, to let go, and the connection will flow.
