Are my parents trying connect with me?

I lost my parents within 18 month of each other. My mum J died at 56 and my dad G died at 64. They were amazing and losing them has been traumatic.

I miss them both immensely and sense them with me but I don’t know if I’m just looking for something that isn’t there.

Can anyone sense anything?

Oh my goodness. I am so sorry. I do feel the need to point out how amazed I am by your strength. And I don’t know if this is your parents that I am feeling but reading this I felt immense pride in you.
They are absolutely delivering signs to you everyday.
I highly recommend Laura Lynn Jackson’s book, Signs, the Secret Language of the Universe.
This book provides a lot of “how to” on assigning, seeing, and asking for signs.
You are absolutely able to give them calling cards and give them specific symbols and numbers.
This might make it easier for you to discern them.
