Astrology for gift buying.

For those who are into crystals I began to use crystal astrology to find the perfect crystals to gift to them. Any others with other examples of using astrology to determine a wonderful gift to get someone?

In terms of gift-giving, it probably would make sense to look at Venus sign, aspects and placement in the birth horoscope for the person you are buying the gift for.

Taurus loves well-made gifts that stand the test of time. Capricorn appreciates practicality. Libra enjoys whatever appeals to their aesthetics or comfort, clothing is a great option. Leo too, but with more turned up style. I think anything comfortable for Cancer too, i.e. dinner at home 🙂

Using Venus as a gauge makes sense – but because of its proximity to the Sun, they can (and very often are) in the same sign which means the same stone – but, several crystals are and can be associated with the Sun sign alone – to wit, Moss Agate, Jasper or beautiful Sodalite for Virgo – Howlite, Obsidian, Tiger’s Eye, Carnelian for Capricorn and so on – each serves its own purpose and the possibilities are legion. Astrological candles make a great gift as well.

Ohhh the 2d house makes sense! Mines between Capricorn and Aquarius, I love really thought out and meaningful gifts, as well as something that rare or unique 🤧

Each sign has a color, a spice, a flower, a musical note, an element, etc., there are all kinds of gift ideas in each of those items. The most significant sign to consider is the ascendant/rising sign of the person in question not so much the Sun sign.

As people pointed here, I would first look at Venus, but I wouldn’t end there.

For example, I have a Venus-Uranus Conjuction in Sagittarius. One would think I like getting big surprises, that I’m a sucker for big parties, that I love trips, alcohol and drugs.

BUT

Since my Jupiter (Venus Ruler) is in Capricorn, if just give me the money and let me choose my own gift, that’s the gift of my dreams for me (2nd house in cappy too).
