Bad encounter and now feeling Pressure on top of my head

Yesterday I had an unpleasant encounter with a “spirit” and today I feel pressure on the crown of my head.

Hmm. It could just be trying to provoke you, or it could be trying to attach to you. When they attach to me it feels like pain sometimes, like a pin prick or an ache. But also, since you mentioned in another post that your abilities are opening up lately, it could just be your crown chakra opening and getting itself situated. Which could feel like tingling and pressure, or other sensations. Keep an eye on the situation and trust your gut.
