I’ve put a lot of serious thought into my need to remove a certain individual from my life. To make a long story short I have an extremely problematic coworker. For nearly a year I’ve put up with their bizarre behavior but recently it’s become too much to handle. They’ll go out of their way to make up lies about me, harass me etc. There’s no telling what will randomly set them off into a hateful spiral.
My question is what is my best option to get them out of my daily work life for good? Before it’s mentioned sweetening isn’t an option. I need a real long term solution for someone truly unstable.

My suggestions would be to:
1. Freeze them to deal with their problematic behaviour.
2. Put them in a sour jar together with whoever has the power to fire them.
3. Do strong banishing/hotfoot work to get rid of them. -

Binding is for if you want them to stop doing the things, freezing is a variant of binding, and banishing is for removal so sounds like banishing is what you’re looking for out of the options presented.

Personally I’d avoid freezing as in my experience it only works to freeze a person or situation in place.
I’d be leaning towards a simple flush.
Write their name on a piece of clean toilet paper. You can then either place it in the toilet first, or wipe your backside with the piece after you’ve finished with your business and simply flush them out of your life. Add in your intent, or say a few words of you need to but the symbolism in the actions are plenty. Works as a banishment as well as a great way to put them where they belong.
If you’re not comfortable using your own bodily elements, you can also pick up animal waste with the marked toilet paper and place them in the bin.This is one of my favourite ways to banish a shitty person, pardon the pun!
