Best astrology book for beginners?

I just started getting into astrology and I want to learn more about it including its origin, the planets, etc. and my birth chart too if i can. Does anyone have any to recommend? Interactive is better!

I liked the Inner Sky by Forrest. Took me a while to absorb the basics though.

Liz Greene speaks to me through her jungian perspective. Her astrology for Lovers was easy to read and grasp.

Linda Goodman’s Sun Signs. She will teach you the signs. As people. It’s such an excellent foundation. From there, you may enjoy reading some of Liz Greene’s books about the planets.

Once you know the planets and signs you’re ready to study more seriously.
