Can anyone explain an egg cleanse and how to do it?

First grab a fresh egg and clean glass. Fill the glass half full with water. Make a spicy salt mix, chilli pepper flakes and cayenne pepper are best but any hot spice will do. Rub the egg on yourself, up and down, as much as you can reach, and then crack the egg into the glass of water. Pinch of salt, and leave it to set for 30 minutes (I do this on my alter if I can) after 30 minutes you should see bubbles or a cloud of web like substance. This represents malice of some negative energy being pointed towards you. Poor the spicy salt mix you made earlier into the cup, and then poor it down the toilet and flush without looking at it. This will send the malice back and cleanse your physical body temple. Literally did this two nights ago and tons of people I don’t like at work got Covid so be careful 🤣
