I really need something for protection over my life . lately ive been worried about the future and ive been having dreams of being places i dont want to be . all my life ive suffered from bad trauma and i just wanna purify my life .

I’m sorry you are going through so much worry. It’s something a lot of people deal with. For your sleep/dreams there’s a lot of different things you can try: amethyst is a good sleep protective crystal, as well as lepidolite, moonstone and selenite–although both amethyst and lepidolite also help with prophetic and lucid dreaming which you might want to avoid. You can charge the crystals with the intent of protecting your dreams and place them either under your pillow or near your head (like on a nightstand).

Lavender and passionflower essential oils can be added to water and witch hazel (20 drops e.o. + 2 oz distilled water + 2 tsps witch hazel) to be sprayed on your pillow and bedding before sleep to protect your dreams.

You can also make a dream pillow stuffed with chamomile and lemon balm to help you have peaceful sleep. Drinking a cup of a tea made from lemon balm, chamomile and a bit of honey right before bed can help, too.

Also, get some counseling if you possibly can! Trauma can haunt you pretty hard and have an impact on your future, not to mention your dreams.

Get an old metal coffee can if you can find one, otherwise a jar with lid will work.

Put nails, broken glass, screws, ect. Inside of the container. Then bury the container on the west side of the property.

The thought behind this is that whatever could harm you gets trapped in the jar with the pointy stuff, keeping you safe for the time it is buried.

An old wives tale, of course, but I’ve had one buried on every property I’ve lived on.
