Can anyone help me say goodbye?

Saying goodbye is the easy part, we can say and do that any where. It’s coming to terms with the detachment of the physical aspects of them/us. We miss having our person here to exchange with because we are taught that the only way we exchange is in the physical sense. What you need is to know that they are still very present, just in a different form. They have crossed over into their souls form, and by doing so they become energetically inclined, and in order to receive them we have to learn how to be energetically inclined. Know that you are receiving messages through nature (wind, animals, water, clouds!!) through technology (tv, radio, social media even) and those messages are by no coincidence. They may be “subtle”, but when you are truly paying attention, they are the most valuable content in this universe. Love has no boundaries, not distance, not time, and not life or death. Remember that always.
