Can anyone tell me anything about this gentleman?

He’s sad and regretful. He wasn’t a bad person but did things that hurt others. He didn’t have a great upbringing himself so that probably had something to do with it.

Hi! I haven’t done a photo reading in while, so please bear with me. I immediately got the words ankle/angle/angler—but they felt connected to a name. Maybe Ackerman, or something along those lines?
I feel he really loved fishing; I saw long fishing lines, and it felt like it was his happy place. Like it wasn’t necessarily something that was part of his career, or if it was he never cared about making money from it.
I got a dry sense of humor, a man who was gentler than his size suggested, and a fan of using idioms in his conversations.
He feels very fatherly; someone who was considered independent, but also a guidepost for the people who loved him. I got the sense he was “just a phone call away.”
At his passing, I feel he was intubated or had a procedure that affected his throat area (and in turn kept him from being able to speak). I feel that he had some members of his family present when he passed, in particular a grown son (his eldest?) that was by his side and was particularly meaningful.
I picked up that he liked black licorice, and there could be a connection to Norway in his history.

All I heard from my guides was “he’s lost”. Has this person passed on? Or still in the physical world? Either way, there’s a sense of confusion coming through. I wasn’t able to connect with him directly, unfortunately. Good luck OP, I hope you find what you need in your post.

Was he a smoker? I felt that he passed from something maybe caused by that or something similar. Like lung cancer or respiratory issues.
