I guess it depends on what kind of astrology you follow? In tropical astrology (what we generally use in the Western world) it doesn’t mean anything because we base astrology off of the seasons, not the constellations. So all those planets are actually in Aquarius in tropical astrology. Vedic astrology is based on the constellations and they do account for the shift that has happened over time.
