My grandpa passed 6 months ago. I have some of his things, namely one of his many bowling league trophies (he had 20) and one of his bowling balls.
For the past few weeks I have been experiencing some mild things. I live in a studio apartment and so my only furniture is my bed, so I’m usually sitting on it. At least once a day every other day, I will feel the bed vibrate and shift as though someone has just sat on it. I always glance around to see if it’s just my cat jumping on the bed (obviously sometimes it is). But more than a few times, I will look around and my cat is just sleeping peacefully on the bed close to me. No movement.
Is this legit?

Can spirits be attached to certain items?

Yes, you are not crazy. Spirit and energies can attach themselves to items, but that is not necessary what happened in your case.

Spirits aren’t attached to things. Objects can hold imprints or energies left behind by the owner but from your description I would think grandpa is just visiting. I’ve heard many incidents where a visiting spirit will sit on their bed 🙂

Like Melonby77 said, it sounds like he’s just visiting. But what do you do with the bowling ball?
