Can the soul die, and just cease to exist?

I understand that energy can not be created or destroyed. But I have a few questions to ask about this topic.

1. Can a soul just willfully choose to just stop existing?

2. Can some supernatural external force destroy a soul?

3. Does the soul continue forever is there ever a end point?

Some understand it differently but according to the Urantia book and my experience with those on the other side, you do have to buy into continuing; however, the you that’s here now in terms of voting rights is next to nil. It would be like saying a character you play in one of your RPG games is suicidal, so does that endanger you at all? Certainly if you really cared for that character you would be empathetic but their choice wouldn’t apply to you directly.

We’re nothing more than a facet that is the gem of our greater existence and one flawed or cracked facet matters to the whole gem, but you don’t throw out the whole gem because of it.

Along those lines, you can be utterly obliterated here without a trace, ground zero, atomized, and those atoms torn apart, and it means nothing to the integrity of the higher self. And so as below so is above, no one and no thing can harm your higher self. If you’re a Lucifer level bad decision maker, you can be banished. This planet is somewhat cut off and quarantined, but we can still choose to come here, though I’m assured spots are limited and sought after. This world is somewhat famous with the name “world of the cross”.

The end is undetermined or otherwise opaque to even the highest orders we can interface with. But like any good conundrum, many beings here and elsewhere have their own theories. The Urantia book said we would be placed eventually in the Corps of the Finality and that the purpose of that group is unknown. That placement would be the endgame and getting there would take many lifetimes.

I’m going to preface by saying : I don’t know.
But according to Souls books by dr. Michael Newton, apparently some souls do get “recycled” back into source. Seems the one that are beyond repair in some way (as in post an incarnation experience that caused an irreparable damage or alteration to a soul to make non compatible with source in some way).

At least that’s my understanding of it.

I can answer that , I have an evil entity in me , it has captured my soul and messed up my mind but it cannot take away my soul from my body or destroy it, we can only destroy our minds which is the consciousness… which is awareness of the soul

Assolas, energy and energy never dies. It just changes form. Although you won’t really know the answers to these questions until after, and then it probably won’t matter.

Im just an amateur but I believe Where you die is important. None of these resulted in the destruction of a soul, but you can see where its going.

You need to be able to access a space with a portal ij order to cross over.

If you cant or there is a supernatural barrier then you must remain

Some of those barriers are very small and you are confined to a small space alone, like a genie in a bottle. In one case someone over time in that position started to physically merge with the walls in a house and lost all sense of identity and cognition. It was suggested the house be burnt down.

In other cases, a supernatural parasite can confine and attach to you.

Lastly you can take a portal to an alien place and be lost possibly for all time.

That said, some portals are millions of years old. Some earth bound souls are over 5000. Most choose to move onto other realms.

None of these resulted in the destruction of the soul but perhaps destruction of your identity.
