I recently started working as a personal shopper for those big name grocery store. Everything was fine since my mind and my attention was on work that I never noticed the spirits that lingered. Work was slowly so I too that time to catch up on medication, im not sure how that works since I was walking around still doing stuff, but it works… for me at least.
I stared hearing what I thought were customers calling out for my attention. The sound of a woman “ma’am” but nobody was there. When walking past a family… the voice of a mimicked litte girl calls out, “Excuse me, Excuse me ma’am.” When I looked at the girl she was talking to her parent while a small laugh echoed slightly in the air, not sure how to explain.
After that I just went back to ignoring them since I got busy again.
Does anyone know why or what kinda spirit they are since I couldn’t really feel them… my guess as to why was because there were to many people.

What kind of spirits fo you think that they are? They can be deceased people. They can be nonhuman.
You need to think about whether or not.ypu felt they were being playful or threatening.
When all else fails…ask them. We weren’t there and we would have to read the energy.
So, think about the effect on you. Decide from there.
I had one say, “Hey, lady”. Whatever works to get your attention, they can try.
