Can you make new moon water?

Is this a thing? I’ve heard of people making waxing, waning, and full moon water, but is there a such thing as new moon water? I’ve just recently been hearing about it, and I’m doing a manifestation spell soon that could use some moon water for manifestation.

So, my answer ties in with those who can’t place their water in the Moonlight. As in, either it has to be indoors, or it is overcast. The light from the Moon is a nice gentle energy of reflected/transmuted Sunlight. The main power is from Her reaching out with Her energy and affecting everything on, and in, the Earth. She lifts trillions of tons of water as much as 6 feet (2 meters) in the air during full and new moons, as She is aligned with the Sun and they combine in some way. But at full, She is pulling one way, and the Sun is pulling in the other. This is one reason why the full Moon energy can seem contradictory and hard to manage at times. During new Moon the Sun is aligned with the Moon. The energies are often easier to handle, but no less(or more) at either phase. The Moon reaches through the entire Earth and affects tides on the other side of the planet. The time to make Moon water is when She is in the sky. For full, that is at night. For new, that is in the daytime, as She is where the Sun is for most of the day. Make new Moon water in the daytime, but do it indoors or in the shade if you feel that you don’t want any Sun energy to be added. And that is what happens when the Sunlight hits your Moonwater. It isn’t “wrecked”. It just has some Sun energy added to it. Hope this helps some. BB.

There’s no reason this can’t be done with the new moon. Certain energies are available during this time, and they can be collected and stored, regardless of whether there is direct contact with the light of the moon.

The most favorable time for making moon water is when there is full manifestation of the moon energies, hence full moon; because – tradition among other reasons. Anything else tend to be esoteric. Though, whatever is the reason for creating these kinds of moon water, I’m certain can be achieve more effectively in some other ways
