Can’t remember where I saw this idea but I finally decided to do it. A dab of hot glue makes a ghost and a bit of fishing line to keep him suspended. A bit of pulled cotton ball for the bottom. A little marker for the eyes and mouth and pop it all inside a little bottle. Pet ghosts for Halloween!

This is ADORABLE. In a slightly bigger bottle, you could use an electric votive candle thing to illuminate it. Or use a glow in the dark dye or something to the wet glue… 🤔🤔
