GuestNovember 14, 2021 at 9:14 pmI’m still a budding witch as well. The things I’ve mainly done so far is wear the colors I associate with this time of year and decorate (very limited for decorations right now). I also plan to place little LED tealights in my windows to help guide spirits.

GuestNovember 14, 2021 at 9:14 pmI’m still a baby witch and busy college student. I carved a small jack o lattern and made a blessing wreath infused with the energy of my hopes for the coming year. Neither took me very long. Since there has been increasing activity in my house, and I see this as the new year, I cleaned my whole house to get rid of old stagnant energy, windows open. Afterwards I tried to fill it with new energy burning a reiki infused candle, lighting incense, letting my selenite work, and creating a simmer pot. Hardest thing was the deep clean.

GuestNovember 14, 2021 at 9:14 pmI plan on prayers to Hecate mixed with poetry. Also practicing learning to meditate on the future and interpreting visions from that meditation.
Other rituals as well, maybe some spell work too. A short prayer to the spirits that watch over me (I don’t work with these spirits save for certain festival days in the greek calendar, save for the agathos-daimon I suppose, but I think it’d be nice).
