Clairaudience side effect?

Happy Thursday everyone! So I have recently been working on myself and pyschic abilities. I regularly use clairsentience and after researching I have realized that I also have the ability to use clairaudience and clairvoyance. I remember situations from when I was younger that I definitely used them. As an adult, I put up a block and forgot all about these abilities. I had a memory from my childhood that made me think I should try to ‘zone out’ in order to ‘hear’. I recall doing this multiple times throughout my life and hearing a voice of which I believe to be my higher self or even guides. I have been practicing this but am struggling. I know I will get there though. One odd thing I noticed when I try to get in this zone is I feel a weird pressure in my ears. Every single time. Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips or suggestions would also be appreciated!

yes that happens to me. When i was a kid i was afraid of the feeling and sometime there would a sound. A thing i did to like understand whatever that feeling meant was to search for a message every time i heard that sound.. so first i saw a lot of synchronicities and then i understood what they meant. After that i began meditating and when i felt the pressure on my ears while meditating i could see the message clearly, like the universe intuitively told me a message. And from now on i can clearly see and hear messages immediately… but yeah i think you have to figure out what that sound/feeling may mean to you in the moment… hope this helps
