Death precognition, what is the source?

I have death precognition through feelings and dreams what do I do?

I just need help or guidance on what to do. Since I was a kid, I could sense death. Either by feeling or dream. I have recently had two losses rock my world, both of which I sensed or dreamed about before they've happened. I've also just been able to dream of bad things before they happen. What does this mean?? I have a Christian background and it sucks to tell others in my circle because they think I'm possessed or evil… maybe I am? Can someone offer clarity? Maybe this isn't the best sub to post this in, but I haven't found many alternatives. Thanks in advance…I do keep a journal for record keeping, and can give specific incidents if that helps.
