Desperate need of answers — recurring dream of a passed love one

What does this mean?

Hey everyone,
Ive been struggling trying to comprehend this recurring dream I have. About 2 years ago, i lost an ex bf, someone who i loved (eachothers first love) and we still talked consistently. He got into a car accident and ultimately passed away.

I have recurring dreams where everyone around me is telling me he isnt actually dead and/or he came back to life. And then he comes and finds me or i find him and we talk or i have to beg him to talk or something is restricting us from being together and he has to leave. But im always shocked in the dream because everyone says hes actually alive. We always find eachother…. and i can actually feel emotionally how badly we wish we could be together. Idk, its bothersome and i was wondering if anyone had some insight on what this could possibly mean spiritually.

I feel like you’re struggling with grief moreso than you either realize or expected. Also, it seems like his presence may have been a source of direction for your life whether via advice or general emotional relief. The dreams seem to be his spirit telling you that you need to reflect on what he meant to you in this life in regards to your mental health and that the people around you might have what you used to gain from his presence on Earth. Love, compassion, direction, stability. Stuff like that
