I was meditating to theta binaural beats and I started having a vivid day dream. I was laying in a forest and open my eyes to see tall trees and I could even hear a stream behind me and birds chirping above. I get up and start walking through this trail and after walking for a bit I see an older Native American man, dressed in an outfit they used to wear back then with the feathers, make up and all the accessories. He looked wise and super happy to see me. He had the biggest smile and said something in his language, I obviously don’t speak the same language he was speaking but I still understood what he was saying and he was saying “finally” and I ran up to him and we hugged for a long time. It was the warmest, loving hug I’ve ever experienced. But we did not talk to each other. Next thing I know, the YouTube video ended and an add “woke me up” and I was back in my room and my face was wet with tears. I don’t know what to make of this experience, it was beautiful but I have so many questions. Has anyone else ever had this experience?

That is so powerful! Really, unless you speak to a medium or the like, only you will know.
A drill I use to help myself for my own interpretation is — write down the first thought. Like the first fleeting thought that you pushed away before coming up with another “first” thought (or in other words, your second thought – the one you may have favored for some reason).
Whoever it was, has clearly been waiting on you to visit him. Congratulations on the abundance of love you have on the spirit side <3
I’d love to know what your immediate (and probably, fleeting) first thought was!

You were back with your soul family. He is a great guide for you and thats a great connection to have and build on.
I had a dream recently with Native American tribal elders. I have had quite a few in the past year. The most recent one showed a stark contrast with what all the crazy people were doing and what the native people were doing: spiritual work, dancing and praise for creator, following the ancient ways.

Your experience is so interesting! I hope someone will have an answer, especially since I had a similar experience about a year or two ago. I still don’t understand it, but I think of it often and wish for an explanation.
One morning I had just awoken and was up getting ready for the day when I had a flash/vision of an elderly woman from India sitting and crying—looking me eye to eye. She could definitely see me and I could see her. There was such an instant, deep, warm, familiar connection that when I came out of the flash/vision I was in tears. I’m not Indian, I’ve never been to India (always wanted to go), and I have zero connections to India in this life. It took me a few minutes after the experience to grasp the depth of emotion. That was only my second vision (everything else falls away and I’m somewhere else, can’t hear or experience anything around me) or whatever it is that I’ve ever had. I’m fully convinced that I’m connected to the woman, but I have no idea in what way.

I’m 1/16 Cherokee Indian. Card carrying. I recently slept with a long time client. I had no idea he was Indian. But, while we were doing the deed, I had my eyes closed. I saw his whole Cherokee tribe come through on horses. We didn’t know much about each other personally. After I was clearly shook and he asked what’s up to which I said idk. I’m good. Then later he pressed me on snap chat about my abilities that he found out from a mutual friend. So I told him I saw his Cherokee ancestors while we were tangled up. He was like I’ve never once told anyone that ever because every red neck around here claims same. I said I know which is why I tell no one either. The next night I drew which I do a lot when I don’t get it and what I did made it look like our tribes were the same- like blood relatives the same. The first time I spoke it I said it was a blood to blood transfer of memories. He gave but did not receive the messages/memories. Weirdest shit yet I’ve experienced. Needless to say, not going back for a repeat. What sucks is sine he told me he is real 1/4 Cherokee I lost a friend since he freaked and ran. But,I suppose that’s best. Idk.

There is this quite well known medium who I like to read about, that has a Native American as a spiritual guide. Her name is Rosemary Altea, and I really love the books she’s written. Maybe it is interesting for you to read those, because she describes similar experiences. The name of the first book is ‘The Eagle and the Rose’. Btw it sounds like a wonderful experience and I wish you all the best 🙂

What do you think about while meditation? If anything? Do you set intentions going into it? Or just sit and relax and listen to the sounds and music?
