Dizziness while reading

Hello everybody, I’ve been practicing tarot for a few months. I wasn’t very connected at first but I feel like I’m getting there. The only problem I’m having is sometimes I feel very dizzy/lightheaded when I read them. Does anybody have any idea of what this might mean

Thats an “energy” thing. Work on your chakras and build your structure.

Youre starting to lift more weight than you can handle right now. Its a good thing, and you know now what to do.
