Everyone is different, and negative and positive is in the eyes of the beholder. Some people connect directly with spirit of the deceased. Sometimes even if you are not looking to connect the deceased individual may pass a message through, and this can be even from a stranger.

In my 40+ year quest in personal growth, Spirituality, and living my life happy and free everyday, if ANYTHING is not approached with positivity, Love and Compassion, you will draw negative energy to yourself. So in essence, you only truly hurt YOU when dealing with life this way. The OPPOSITE is true however. When every event, task, challenge is approached with Love, Compassion and Positivity, then literally anything is possible. I work professionally as a Medium, Psychic, Healer and Master of the 4 Claire’s. How did I achieve these gifts? Well, I struggled, tried, studied my tail off, meditated, learned every Sanskrit Mantra one of my many teachers gave me. No matter what I did, zip, zero nada thing changed.
Not until I surrendered completely to my own healing, so I LOVED myself fully, did anything change.
Now I can manifest nearly instantly, communicate with those who’ve crossed, including fur kids, heal anything etc. These gifts just came with no effort, as I needed them, for myself, or to help others.
I never use anything I’ve been gifted with for entertainment and have big ethics around using these abilities.
I honestly think the greatest gift of all is that I really care about other’s, and help in anyway I can.

Neither, you just use energy. You can’t use positive or negative energy. They are the positive or negative energy

I connect to the loved one directly. Sometimes they are positive and sometimes they are negative. If they are deceased, they feed off my energy to remain manifest on this plane and communicate with me. I like to think my energy is positive. No other energies that I am aware of are part of my readings other than the energy of the person I am connecting to, my energy which feeds them, and the energy of God who gave me this gift
