No, they really don’t. It’s just a social media fad that someone who knows little about astrology made up. And astrology also does not use the decans as described in tarot. We have a different way to do decans, where each of the 3, per sign, are precisely 10 degrees each. It’s never by date.

edit: i think the reason many people claim people with the same sign born in different months are different may in fact be because if the sun is in the early degrees of a sign it’s more likely that mercury will be in the previous sign, while if you’re born in the late degrees your mercury will be more likely to be in the next sign. so mercury plays a part in how people communicate and i think that’s what people pick up on, not whether someone is an october or november scorpio for example.
