Like Geminis and Virgos- both ruled by Mercury. Do they have similar Mercurial looks from what you’ve noticed, but one is airy and the other earthy?
The other pairs would be Taurus and Libra, Aries and Scorpio, Sagittarius and Pisces, Capricorn and Aquarius.
Then Cancer and Leo are kind of their own thing.

Do the signs that share a Ruler have similar physical traits in your opinion?

Gemini and Virgo are both wiry and thin. Also quite young looking.
Taurus and Libra have nice skin and lips usually, can gain weight later in life but wear it well.
Aries and Scorpio usually have a very good metabolism so easily stay fit, and have strong eyebrows and piercing eyes.
Sagittarius and Pisces can both be longer in the face and are either very small or very large (height / weight).
Capricorn and Aquarius usually have pronounced bone structure and head shape.
Cancer and Leo are shiny/luminous in some way. Cancer it’s usually the skin and Leo the hair.

It seems to depend on the rising sign and the phase of the Moon. I have a full moon in my chart and my face is rounded. My Virgo rising gives me a more dad bod look than I’d like. I’ve met Virgo women who were athletic to full in body size because they had Capricorn or Leo rising.

Taurus & Libra suns have similar looking distinct slightly tilted/angled sides of the face but Libra looks more fuller because its a Cardinal sign.
The moons dont look similar at all & dont know enough about risings.Aquarius Moons can really resemble the Pisces one’s. Capricorn & Libra can have similar prominent areas but the details are different.
