I do! When we make a big effort to improve ourselves, we cultivate a positive outlook. Real positivity isn’t based in ignoring bad things; instead, it seeks solutions with the confidence that problems can be solved. We have an internal locus of control.

A negative outlook, on the other hand, leaves us feeling gridlocked and paralyzed with an external locus of control that seems insurmountable.

I absolutely believe that self-improvement leads to betterment in our life situations.

    I do.

I think it really does have to do with outlook as well. When I am in a poor me phase, I tend to think every little thing that happens which mildly puts me out means my life is horrible and the gods hate me. When I remind myself to think positive, I bring more positive into my life.

I also believe in Karma. What you give is what you get. Yes, there are humans beings that take advantage of that, and I can’t stop that. I can however make my interactions with people something I can sleep soundly with.

I believe if you’re working to improve yourself, you’re lifting yourself up, hence your median level increases across the board.
