I’d simply call it a Divination board. Should work well for pendulum, might also work as Spirit Board. You could make a planchette or do that common thing from the Victorian era and just turn a small light glass or ashtray upside down and use it.

Divination board/spirit board. Basically a Ouija board in a circular form. Pendulums are used with this style most of the time compared to Ouija board style using a planchette.
