Does it know that I can sense him?

I am a young girl still living with her mexican family, so I wake up every morning with a sibling to make breakfast and lunch for my parents (they work together as tile setters).
While fixing their sandwiches I would occasionally feel a prickly/ tingling sensation on my back, where a hand usually goes when greeting someone from the back when their busy (sorry if the explanation is whack). It’s below the shoulders but above the waist, the bra line… anyways I usually ignore the feeling that lasted just 2 or 5 seconds but today their hand was on my back for too long and I had to itch. And just a few seconds of relief, they touch my back again with more pressure, so I walked away.

Now here’s the creepy part.

As I walked away I looked at the wall a bit besides me (and because of the lighting) I could see my shadow, and just behind me was another shadow following a bit to close for normal comfort. And before you go putting logical sense into it with science (because I also do that) I had lifted my hand at that time to fix my hair, my shadow followed perfectly, the one behind stayed the same with their arms swinging as they walked.

It followed me as I did my morning routine just until I made it to my room. I believe it was the same one I had forcibly kicked out less than a month ago. I don’t think my charms are of any use because it feels as though they stay out of my room out of respect and privacy. Sometimes they come in but just to see what I’m doing.

(I try my hardest to ignore them, I’m not 100% ready to confront them or have the full ability to see them or sense them. I’m still in the process of re-opening my 3rd eye or unlocking my clairvoyant and clairadience abilities again, since a witch had forcibly closed it when I was younger)

Wondering if anyone else had a similar experience or and experience where they felt a physical touch and if it felt the same as mine did, also if anyone else had seen an unknown shadow besides their very own.

I have this happen periodically. Some years ago, I moved to a flat in a 1950s building. It was lovely but the whole building was haunted like mad. There was someone who came up behind me, put his arms around me and watched over my shoulder as I would cook food. That was the only time he would make an appearance but he did it every single time I stood in front of the stove.

Don’t feel like you need to do anything in particular. You can ignore it if that’s how you’re feeling. You can engage some if that feels right. There is no single right answer. Just be honest in what you’re doing. If you feel you need to explain that you’re uncomfortable with the proximity, maybe explain that to them. Maybe put a small glass of water at the table and invite it to sit there while you do your things. See what works.

Yes. This happens. You need to practice shielding and push it off. Imagine a large bubble of energy around you, Some people imagine white light or brick walls,. It is up to you. Push it off. Refuse it permission to touch you.
