Have you seen a doctor? Gotta rule out the mundane first, and this sounds like it could be serious.

Rule out the physical. then, ask yourself who might be trying to read you? That sort of pattern does have an association with serious illness. It pain is radiating down your left arm you need a doctor asap.

Check with doctor first to see if you got a Hot Flash. Not common but similar symptoms.

Thankfully it didnt last long so im not really sure. But i will definitely keep that in mind next time

I am close with a nurse who works in a cardiology ward and there are very strange symptoms to some kinds of heart problems. I don’t wish to alarm you, but if this happens frequently, please do talk to a doctor first.

If it’s nothing, then you can start paying attention to things going on around you when you feel this sensation. Maybe keep a daily journal, it could help!
