ear piercing ritual?

so i have a few different ear piercings that i got for personal spiritual reasons, but for nursing school i can only have one per ear. i was wondering if there was more of a concrete ritual for it so i’d have a bit more of a ground to stand on when i bring it up to my clinical directors. i have them to veil, like someone would be wearing a headscarf.

I think this will be a bit of a reach. Piercings are not a requirement for witchcraft; even if they are for your own spiritual reasons, they are still a personal choice and not an essential part of practicing your religion.
