So, I have had one egg cleanse done many years ago when I was 18 and I recall many spikes and salt build-ups.. the lady who did that said I had too many eyes and envious ones over me.
Fast forward 13 years.. yep. I suffered a lot from that. Lost partners, friends, properties, suffered through some (3) close deaths, etc. But also many happy moments.
Lately, as in the last 3 years I have been feeling like life is not looking up. I am afraid of actually going to a pro because.. well.. too much truth and in fact its scary when you know little.
I tried doing an egg cleanse by following some instructions, rubbing the egg through all my body and chakras, saying a prayer. Then breaking the egg in a glass.. I am quite distracted.. I must say. I have no idea of what to think? There’s nothing? Why do I feel like Im being pulled into bed and slowly fading.. all my effort is gradually being nulified. I hoped something would show.. any suggestions?

Egg cleanse didnt work? Been feeling drained.. hopeless, not sad not happy.

Finding a compassionate therapist will work wonders. You’ve got a lot of trauma to work out. Hang in there 😘

An egg cleanse will deal with spiritual externalities, but it sounds like your problems are… Well the past couple years haven’t been easy.
It’s okay to not be okay, to take some time to recenter & to use professional help for it.
Going to therapy is not a spiritual failing.

An egg cleanse deals with your spiritual being. It sounds like this is physical and mental, please seek out professional help. Spirituality does not fix nor exempt genuine physical issues.

Despite all the very good advice, you’re supposed to fill the cup with water, then put the egg in. This seems to look like you just plopped the egg in a cup, which wont give you a “Reading”

personally, I like to do the whole thing, and just throw the whole dang egg out the car as I go down the road, and leave my shit behind trapped in the shell to rot away.

You sound like you may be suffering from depression honestly and the best way would be for you to seek professional help . It’s okay to ask for help ❤️

The cleanse and the divination are different, and you don’t need both. Put salt in the toilet. Do the cleanse after a shower. Crack the egg into the salt water and flush it away. Don’t look down at it or you re-absorb crud, and need to do it again. After the cleanse, take another quick shower.
Done, for now. For major crud, repeat 3 times total. For REALLY major crud, do a triple cleanse 3 days in a row. Looking at the egg is for divination, not cleansing. And therefore not needed. Do it if you are curious about what your psychic poop looks like. What WAS on you is what you see with the reading. But just a cleanse is fine by itself.

Do not look at the cracked egg over the top of the glass!! That can send the energy straight to you even heavier. When reading a cleanse, only do it from the side of the glass. If you feel as though someone has sent you neg energy, look up a return to sender spell or write your own and make sure to always flush the cleanse down the toilet or throw it outside away from your home.

As others have said, therapy or counseling may be a good idea.
I will say, if this is a mental issue I have had success recently with aromatherapy and yoga!! I know its not clinical medicine so I wouldn’t rely on it 100% without checking out other options, but it has helped me a lot with motivation and optimism. Might be a good way to supplement your recovery 💕

Fyi, by taking photos and looking at it from the top, all cleansing is removed and the negative shit sent back into you.

Did you put water in the glass first? Cause it looks like plain egg? When I do limpia directions say to crack into water
