Enhancing/Regaining abilities

Hello all! Natural medium here but unable to use my gift currently. I had it very strong when I was a preschool-age child. Then, the world took away my unique gift with denial. I have had a lot of stressful events in my life and I am going through a spiritual awakening and self-acceptance phase right now. I say phase because it happens hardcore from time to time, then I back off it for a bit. Any way, does anyone have any tips or tricks to enhance my ability? I miss it and want to feel more like myself again. I also want to teach my daughter and son (also have abilities) how to do this. My daughter sees spirits and my son has been clinically dead before. Any help would be much appreciated. I am really thankful this group is here. TIA

Hi there, I found taking classes from the Journey Within spiritualist church super helpful. Their reverend Janet Nohavec is a world renown medium, super supportive. Other reverends who teach the mediumship classes are all very supportive and caring. They offer weekly online classes at $10 per class. There is lecture and practices. I started as a beginner about 9 months ago and the progress was wonderful, might I add that I didn’t have any gifts to begin with.
