Entering mediumship headspace in my sleep

I practise mediumship actively, and recently I’ve found in my dreams I am in situations of doing readings for someone and so I go into the head space and feel spirit come close to me as if I were awake. It’s lead to some very intense dreams and waking up to spirit being so close isn’t great 😅 I’m not super worried but I am interested to hear if anyone else has had something like this? It happened for the 3rd time last night in a week
