Every time I see a sad Sagittarius

When a Sagittarius is sad something HORRIBLE must have happenend.The astrology podcast with the Sagittarius episode mentioned how Sagittariuses are very optimistic and hopeful people, but when something traumatic happens and it completely stripped them from their optimism and hope in life, they almost never go back to being that way.
And as a Sag sun, boy do I relate to this. I always see astrologers talk about how Saggies are so optimistic and have trust that everything will turn out good in the end, but they never mention the flip-side of the coin.
I am a Sagittarius sun, Jupiter and Mercury, and I used to be very optimistic and had hope in everything in life, but trauma’s from horrible experiences in the past stripped that from me, it made me too anxious to be hopeful and optimistic. I have hard time being optimistic now, and I miss it. But I am working on myself now.

My daughter is a Sagittarius and it takes a lot to make her sad. She is usually smiling and bubbly 24/7.

Idk what the meme means really but tbh when I was very young I would attract Sagittarius friends, but they weren’t like the Sagittarius stereotype, they were usually bitter and angry and cynical. We got along pretty well lol, but they always wanted me to be around and present a lot more than I was willing to.
