Hey everyone! I'm new to the witchy world and just dipping my toe in. I keep encountering a roadblock though. When I do something mildly witchy (for example: making a simmer pot after saging my house to make sure the energy that enters next is positive), I find myself almost feeling guilty. It's the weirdest thing, because the craft brings me peace, but then it's like my indoctrinated side takes over. The side that was always taught about the "evils of witchcraft".
For anyone else who comes from an evangelical Christian background, did you struggle with similar feelings when you first got into witchy stuff?
