I was sleeping last night. Not in rem or dreaming yet, but in a deep sleep… and I heard an extremely loud alarm that resembled a buzzy fire alarm sort of, it came in a series of 3 beats and then I woke up. I turned to my husband and woke him to ask if he heard it and he said no. Had to make sure. Then I rolled on my back and looked up at my sky light and the Lyra constellation was directly over me. The clouds were open there only for a minute before they took over the sky again. I’ve had other nights where I have very strange dreams sometimes with radio sound, often somewhat anxiety provoking, and wake up to see this constellation over me. Anyone have any ideas what this is if not coincidence?

I occasionally will it hear a loud buzzing or pop noise right before I wake up. Sometimes as I’m falling asleep, I will get this feeling like something above and behind me is pulling at me. Sometimes when this pulling sensation happens if I open my eyes I just the right moment I get this drop feeling in my stomach you know like when you go down in a roller coaster or you’re driving up and down hills how your stomach feels like it’s dropping, I’ll get that feeling but I’m not physically moving. I’m literally just lying there with my eyes closed about to fall asleep.
