Feeling stuff and I dont know how to fix

Hi, in my old house there is an energy that I feel that works like a psychic attack. Sometimes I believe that it may be my deceased mothers energy that is showing up, or her spirit herself.
So I dont know what to do exactly, I tell her to go to the light, and thats all I know I can do

Im also spitting something that resembles like white mucus, phlegm is this cortisol or is this like that white thing that mediums spit sometimes? Might be reflux too idk

Phlegm sounds mundane. It’s that time of year (allergies for many people and/or the wind).

I’d suggest not trying to move on an unknown spirit. Could be the person you know or it might not be. I’d suggest cleansing your space first. Seeing how that goes. If you still have issues then find someone who can figure out who/what the spirit (or energy is). Diagnostics first, before actions.

if this is in your old house, you are no longer there? You did what you could. If you feel it is necessary, hire a medium local to you to investigate.
