feeling tingling and a vacuum sensation after interacting with spirit.

I’ve been feeling these sensations in the shape of a circle in the middle of my hands. Tingling and sometimes vacuum sensations after interaction with spirit. I feel drained, and tired after I feel these sensations. Anyone know what this could be? and how to stop it?

you can take care of in many ways, it’s different for everyone. Whether you fantasize it, romanticize it, over think it..

I’ve felt my energy being pulled in similar ways before. I’ve done things like tell it to goz I’ve asked God or AA Michael and or Rachael to help me. Sometimes I’ve had to meditate and release something. Sometimes it’s a deceased person and I need to take care of it accordingly. Sometimes it’s simply some negative energy I’ve acquired while my guard was down.

DONT EVER LET SOMEONE TELL YOU YOU JAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS AND DRUGS WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. THERES A REASON SO MANY NATIVE CULTURES VIEW DEPRESSION ON THE SAME SPECTRUM AS CANCER AND TREAT IT SPIRITUALLY AND PHYSICALLY.. NATURALLY.

If anyone chooses to to seek the western medical and psychiatric way that’s their choice. And I’m sorry for a dramatic response but this really really upsets me when people who know they are gifted and just need to figure some things out get told by other people that they basically crazy or mentally ill.. like NO. and being told to get western help should be taken the same as in other subs if you’re trying to give holistic advice and they are telling you that you can’t because you’re “giving medical advice”.

This is how my tactile hallucinations manifest in my diagnosed psychotic disorder. Tingles, zaps, feeling like I’m being touched, and a magnetic force pulling on my body like a suction sensation. I know it’s psychosis but I do think there is a paranormal factor behind it, so just be careful in how you move forward because it can get out of control.
