    The Root Chakra is located at the spines tail bone and responsible for your sense of physical safety and survival. When the Root chakra is malfunctioning it triggers panic attacks causing the body to buckle and bend in fear. The problem with panic attacks is once you experience the first one, you spend the rest of your life avoiding triggering another. The best way to manage panic attacks is grounding your solar plex power chakra to stabilize clear communication between the mind (crown chakra) and Body (Root Chakra). Grounding maintains a sense of balance, preventing that debilitating feeling of dissociation and panic.

    Find your True North and your path will never sway!

    Stand-up with your feet firmly on your floor and hands at your side. Observe your sense of balance by wiggling your knees, raising each foot off the ground for a few moments, and moving the soles of your feet to find a secure “firm” balanced standing position.

    With your left hand, place three fingers width beneath your belly button to measure a distance of two inches. With your right hand use your index finger to mark the spot. Remove your measuring three fingers from your belly. Standing with your index finger pointed at the center of your belly. Use your left hand index finger to mark approximately the same position at your back. As if you have a line running from your left back index figure to your front right belly index finger.

    This is the position of your your “power” solar plex chakra. I want you to visualize this chakra as a big ball of yellow light. I want you feel the weight of its gravity pulling you down towards the Earth stabilizing your legs and torso to create a strong solid balanced standing position.

    Nice! I really do apreciate practical approaches and examples for train certain things.

    Also nice for to develop a feeling for your “root” is the so called Mula Bandha
    ^(Befor i continue let me make it clear this no prank or anything like this! Some parts of your body actually have abillities beyond dirty, funny or erotic…)
    Contracting anus, perineum and the muscles around your urethra all at once, hold it and then release it all again. With time you will be able to really control the tension down there for gathering your energy – and to truly relax this region for gaining a more calm state.
    Many of us are contracting these muscle unconsciously evry now and then when under stress
