My boyfriend is yeeting his tiddies as a Yule gift to himself. He’s due to go under soon. I’m so excited for him!

We weren’t sure if he would ever be able to have this surgery, but his therapist pulled some strings to put him in contact with a practice that took his insurance. She also went to battle with his insurance to actually cover it and not financially wreck us. She is AMAZING.

We’re both practitioners, so hopefully this isn’t too weird to post here. I just get very nervous about surgeries and would like some good vibes sent our way if anyone has them to spare.

    .

[edit] Thank you all so much for all the well wishes and good energy. I’ve been teary all day from the sheer amount of love on this post. I’ve lost the ability to respond to everyone, but know I’ve read all the comments.

My boyfriend’s surgery is done and everything went smoothly, or as he says “teet yeet complete” lol. He’s super loopy on meds right now, as expected but he knows about this post and is humbled by all the love and support.

Thank you all! I wish you good tidings, a merry yuletide, and happy holidays!

That’s exciting! I’m in a top surgery/breast reduction group on Facebook, I can pm you the group name if you think he’s interested.

I got my surgery about a year ago. No regrets, and the freeing feeling was something I can’t explain. I didn’t get excited or cry like I’ve seen people do, it was just a sense of this is right. The first week post op was easy for me cause I slept most of the time, week 2 was the hardest because I was still seriously restricted but no longer wanted to sleep all day. Make some lists of movies and TV shows, stock up on all sorts of snacks, and maybe some new books or video games if he likes either of those. Netflix was a lifesaver.
    Best wishes!

Congratulations to your boyfriend! I just yeeted most of my own tiddies last week, and strongly recommend visiting r/Reduction for loads of helpful pre and post op information. It’s a very welcoming sub!

Gave away half of mine for being too big, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!

Quick healing from the old, comfort and joy to the new!
