Going through the hard part, looking for some help.

I knew when I did begin to face the work i needed to do, I would feel a great relief b/c my difficult life would finally be over. I also understood, my biggest challenge would be to stay the course which would run in different directions requiring new solutions that would only come from me going out of my comfort zone. I’m there now. And I wonder if anyone has any advice on how to face the very recent hard news I have received. Feeling alone and it hurts right now. If anyone has any insight that would mean so much to me.
