Hello! I’m in a horrible situation and don’t know where else to turn to. There has been a misunderstanding at my workplace (it’s not a workplace per se, more like a volunteer organisation but I do – did? – have a position there). As a result, my participation has been suspended until further notice. I now need to explain myself to keep my place. On top of all the other issues I have in my life, this one seems like the last straw, I had to call a s*icide prevention line for the first time in life. Please send me positive energy to go through this hardship and handle the situation 😭🙏🏻

You’ll get through this just like you’ve gotten through every day before this one. Your situation isn’t horrible, it’s just another experience. Don’t fret. You’ll be okay.

Hey! You matter. It sounds like you’ve attached a lot of importance to this position but that may be hurting you. Maybe it’s time to let it go to make way for other things that will be more positive for you. Would you consider a cord-cutting to let go of the negative aspects of the job? Then write down what you want to manifest in its place!
