my grandma is in hospice and she keeps talking about taking to her husband- Is this just the morphine or is there actually a connection being made ? Also was my grandpa ever human in the 1st place?

I have no idea what you mean about your grandpa being human, but I believe your grandfather has come to “pick up” your grandma. I once had a client say to me that their own mother was in hospice and they were out of town. The nurse was there taking care of her, and taking some laundry into the bathroom. The mother kept talking to her husband, who had predeceased. She said he had come to get her. As she passed through the bedroom, the nurse saw an old man looking into the windows, but when she went closer he disappeared. She was terribly spooked by this but then later recognized him from an photo of the client’s father. The mother died only minutes later.

I couldn’t say if it’s morphine or an actual connection… but the week my grandma died, she said she had constant visitors at night – her parents, husband, grandparents, siblings, lots of people in her family that had passed before her. In the religion I was raised (Mormon), they would say the veil is thin, meaning the veil between this world and the next.

I dont think its that easy choice. Check out Christopher Kerr’s ted talk on youtube (hospice doctor who got immersed in this subject), End of Life Experiences (ELEs) are their own thing, and are real phenomenon. We cannot say for sure which is it, but, repeating after a guy whos been researching it for past few decades, *it does make you think*.

Also regarding your grandpa – unless you bark, he was human as much as every other human is. What made you think he wasnt?
