Felt called to sharing!
Last night I had a dream I was in a place in the mountains, that is special to both me and my dog. It was sunset. It’s already surprising because I haven’t been — nor have I dreamed — of this place in years. And suddenly my dog William, who passed in 2018, runs in to me wagging his tail, as he would do to greet me when I came back home.
And I knelt down and caressed him and burst into tears. A part of me knew I was in a sort of dream state and that my dog was a spirit, because I was so surprised to see him. I told him “William, protect Thor (my current cat), do you know we have Thor now?”
And then I noticed he was wearing a red collar. We always had a blue or a red one for him. And told him “You picked a red one for yourself, you’re truly beautiful!”
Cherry on top: with him there was another little black dog, but she stayed aside and observed. Right there and then I didn’t pay much attention to it, but upon waking I realized before William my mom had a little black schnauzer, a female, but I didn’t get to spend a long time with her because she passed when I was young.
I woke up reassured and full of love. And again, so surprised, because it came totally out of the blue. I hadn’t dreamed of my dog in years.
They never leave. 🤍🕊

YAY! i’ve had 3 now since mine died in march. last week i didn’t know if i was in the astral or lucid dreaming but i ‘woke’ up and heard something breathing behind me so i turned around and it was Bailey fast asleep on the pillow next to me. then we were on the floor as i was telling him i missed him and ruffling his hair. it was amazing. it occured to me that he pops in and out but i just can’t see him here. or perhaps he just hasn’t left as we are soulmates and he’s the love of my life.

Wow, this made my heart swell – I just had a dream of my pup a few days ago and felt like it was a visit but hesitated to share, I wasn’t sure if anyone else ever had this experience. Very cool!

This really made my day, and made me tear up as well! 🥹 My poor young dog was taken to the afterlife from us suddenly this year, and my family and I have been struggling a lot emotionally. We love him deeply, and your post comforts me, knowing that we will reunite when it is our time. Thanks for sharing! ❤️
