Ok so, I’m a beginner. I kept seeing that it is very advised that beginners start with protection spells. So, I did. I took some moon water and drew with my finger a protective sigil on my windows and stated that no spirits with bad intentions were aloud in. But, right after that, I started hearing stuff right outside the window. This kind of scared me so I put black salt that I made with pepper and charcoal at the border of them. Does anyone have a clue on why I started hearing stuff outside the window?

Do you live in an area where Spring has arrived? I just heard bats in my chimney yesterday and I had not heard that since Fall. They hibernate in winter in my area. I could be wrong, but it is possible that you either heard a natural creature or a benign spirit took interest in your energy.
I find the more hospitable I am to all spirits ( other than malevolent ones), the more I hear from them. -

It seems very likely that you stirred up some energy. Huzzah! Spirit/spirits tend to be really excited when we move in their direction, even just by doing research, much less intentionally recognizing their presence through spell work.

Could be that there was some negative energy/spirits already within the house. When you cast the spell you might have expelled them out when drawing the sigil. The noise you heard might have been the spirit trying to get back in? More likely it was what another person here said about just stirring up some spirits from your energy work. I would recommend journaling any weird feelings you might get or dreams you have, just so you have some records for yourself after you performed the spell.
Just because you hear something startling doesn’t always mean that’s it malicious. BB
